If you are looking for a great workout then cardio is for you. Cardio is one of the best workouts that can help you to lose weight fast. If you run, walk, jog for about 40 to 45 minutes a day then you will be in good shape and that is the minimum! Running can burn a lot of calories and keep you look great and healthy. You know those people who always complain about their thunder thighs or how they have big buns that they want to get rid of but won’t but in the work to do so.
If these people who complain all the time would just take the time to run, walk, or jog then they would be on their way to a sexy looking sleek figure. In order to figure out how to lose weight you have to be committed to a workout program and a healthy diet. If you hate running or just don’t like it then running is a good habit to take up. Look at it this way unless you’re in a wheel chair or are unable to use your legs then you have no excess for not workout. I myself like to go on morning jogs and in the afternoon I run a track workout but it’s just a habit of mine.

You can also do strength resistance training in the gym to get a good cardio workout in. It’s simple to do and I am going to tell you how easy it really is. All you have to do is make a workout plan or a workout routine that best works for you.
I know some people say that they don’t have enough time to work out and that is a lie and I am going to tell you why. When you are watching TV, playing video games, or even studying you can do a short work out. When you are watching TV and a commercial comes on you can do push-ups, crunches, or run in place to get a good cardio workout in.
To get a good workout in while you study try to study for about 30 minutes because in a Harvard study they said after 30 minutes of initial studying that people lose their focus. Losing your focus can cause distractions like day dreaming or doing other things other than studying. Study for about 30 minutes then do some crunches or push-ups for about 5 minutes this will also increase brain function to help you stay focus.
A good workout that can be found on YouTube is 8 minute abs it’s kind of old but it very effective and it only takes 8 minutes. Trust me when I say there is 24 hours in a day and you can take 8 minutes out of your day to do an 8 minute abs workout even if that’s all you do because something is better than nothing.
